Lace knows both the highs and lows of life. She has felt the pain of betrayal and knows the power of reconciliation and the restoration of God. She has also felt the anguish of the loss of a child. But through it all, the one thing that has remained constant is the passion and intimacy she experiences during praise & worship.

Lace has had the opportunity to minister alongside some of today’s greatest artists such as: Stellar & Grammy nominated artist Martha Munizzi, International Worship Leader Ron Kenoly, Larnelle Harris, Truth, Angela Courte and many more. Lace has appeared on a variety of television programs as a featured guest and singer, and recently featured in the SpiritLed Women magazine, as well as lending her vocal talents to several nationally released projects for Tribe Records, Martha Munizzi Music, and more.

In addition, Lace is part of the well-known Francois Sisters, comprised of Lace and her very own sisters. This powerful group of women has led thousands in the presence of God at national worship conferences across the country.
